My fascination with human nature began early, during long train rides across Bulgaria to visit my grandparents. In the close quarters of eight-person compartments, I found myself in deep conversations with strangers—asking endless questions, listening to stories, and becoming captivated by the emotional landscapes of others.
This innate curiosity, combined with a love for the arts, led me to study drama at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia. There, I immersed myself in the inner worlds of the characters I embodied—my first real exploration of psychology and the human psyche.
At 20, I immigrated to the United States and found a new creative outlet in the fashion industry, where I spent ten years engaging with people and aesthetics. Later in my mid-30s, stepping into the role of a parent brought profound transformation and sparked a deep interest in child development.
With this layered life experience, training to become a psychotherapist has felt like a deeply natural and meaningful path. I bring a grounded presence, a multicultural lens, and a sincere reverence for the complexity of being human. It’s a privilege to sit with others in their growth. I consider this work both an honor and a calling.
My therapeutic style is best described as relational, engaging, humorous, and creative.

My Approach *
“Nothing is constant but change! All existence is a perpetual flux of ‘being and becoming!’ That is the broad lesson of the evolution of the world.” - Ernst Haeckel
I use an integrative, trauma-informed, in-depth approach that always considers the unconscious, the body, as well as the larger systemic and cultural forces that have shaped us and continue to affect us.
Constellations
In constellation work, we work phenomenologically through a representation-focused process to explore hidden family dynamics that hold us back, create somatic symptoms, or persistent patterns. This powerful modality offers the potential for freedom from unconscious bonding and entanglements. Internal order could be restored, allowing peace and love to flow again and take us into the stream of our most authentic lives.
Psychotherapy
In-depth psychodynamic therapy offers a window into the unconscious—the hidden patterns, memories, and emotional truths that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Our relationship is both a soft landing and a powerful tool: a container for safety and connection, and a mirror that gently reveals projections, shadow material, and attachment dynamics.
Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, my work honors your pace and nervous system, acknowledging how past wounds may continue to impact the present. We also attend to the body as a source of wisdom, using somatic awareness to support regulation, healing, and deep integration.
Through this process, you may begin to understand and embody yourself more fully, making ever more life-giving choices.
